Whilst in the process of writing a 21-day Daniel Fast 'cookbook' for physical, mental, emotional and most importantly spiritual development, I thought I'd share a snippet of my progress.
The Daniel Fast is basically a vegan diet. And if you know me, you'll know that I love meat; and any type of vegetable and bean is a struggle for me. The next 10 days from Sunday 10th will be all about trial and error.
