When you receive a handwritten letter, you know the person on the other end really has disconnected with the outside world and personally connected with you for those few minutes it took to write in pen a letter you can treasure.
I'm so sleepy (think: food coma) I can't even string a coherent sentence together. Thankfully - if you overdid it a little like me - I've a trick to get over your Thanksgiving holiday lethargy and to help you (and I) lose the lbs we have just put on over the last 12 hours.

Batch cooking is like the saviour of all saviours when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. It is incredible the amount of time, money and energy you save by expending a little time, money and energy to batch cook.

So stop worrying and complaining all the time. Life is too short.
Instead of focusing on how stressed you are, remember how blessed you are.You’re blessed more than you likely realize. You have what many hope for.
The people and things you take for granted today may be the only ones you need tomorrow. Never be too busy to make time for that which matters most. Remember the good times, be strong during tough times, love always, laugh often, and be thankful for each new day. Happiness never comes to those who don’t appreciate what they have. So be thankful today. Life isn’t perfect, but it can be pretty darn good.
