I’m sure you’ve already seen my Athletics Profile on the About section of my site, but why not check it out again for a video update and some additional info on my 2020 season!
My first competition was okay – my furthest indoor season opener ever (by 1cm ha!). You can read more about it here.
Yet my second competition was too disappointing to even blog or talk about.
But after that abysmal meeting, I got my head down, prayed and worked a few things out technically on the runway to come out and finish strong in my final competition of the indoor season – The Indoor British Championships held in Glasgow, UK.
That result – both the distance and position – was satisfying. And I’m thankful for the confidence boost it now gives me leading into the outdoor season as I prepare for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Trials and Games.
