Remember that blog post (here) where I shared with you one amazing productivity habit: to ask yourself, “what three things can I do today to bring me closer to my dream life?”? Well today I woke up feeling a bit bleurghhh; like I didn’t want to get out of bed AT ALL and everything – even walking, brushing my teeth and cooking brekkie – felt like a chore. Even typing this does! (I say with a cheeky grin, because I’m actually enjoying this now as I type.)
Well, anyway here’s my point. I’m keeping this one brief because I’m tired but still want to blog. Why?
It’s on my ‘three things’ list.

- A quick 45 minute gym workout (volitional failure for hypertrophy of quad and calf post-op…. I’ll explain that in a future post with pics and videos to boot.) *TICK/WIN!*
- Job search and applications (2-3 hours). *TICK/WIN!*
But do you want to know the BEST thing about the ‘three things’ list? It’s the power it has to make you feel like you’ve had an incredibly accomplished day. Even though I didn’t feel like it, I got through it. And I can actually end my day feeling satisfied. (Yay!) I have defeated the lazy, tired gremlins and gained a solid win in life. And we all love wins, don’t we?!
