Like a Phoenix rises from the ashes, I’m excited to mark 2016 as my year for rebirth and return to better form than ever IJN!
Here is my reaction in 2012 to jumping a massive 43centimetre personal best and soaring beyond the Olympic A standard. It is such a throwback, and it feels like a cheat post, but it reminds me of what I have done before and what can be done again. God is good!
Last year I became British Indoor Champion and soared to another personal best (with less of a crazy reaction). And this year, I’ve been less injured and training has been more consistent than ever. With this in mind, I can’t wait to see what blessings 2016 has in store!
How about you? What blessings are you expectant for in 2016? And what are you doing today to make your dreams a reality?
Be blessed.

Inspiring. You should be very proud. You should be even prouder of your commitment to making yourself the best you can be in everything you do. Wishing you all the success possible in the 2016 competition.
Thank you so much! I really do appreciate your constant encouragement and wisdom.
Good Luck. It’s must be hard dealing with injuries.
It is. But I’m glad I have my faith in God and can rely on that hope. I do believe now I am managing things a lot better and in a great environment at my new training set-up, so hopefully we will see great things in 2016! Thanks so much 🙂
As always, I wish you all the best for your endeavours. 🙂
Thank you! God bless you!
